QTM has been awarded the MEP Middle East Awards 2018 – Retrofit Project of the Year. The award recognizes QTM’s energy performance contract project for a 5-star Hotel and Leisure Club in Dubai.
QTM financed energy conservation measures together with our Energy Engineering Service and Measurement & Verification with QTM’s BRANE SYSTEM to drive down cooling costs. Within the first 12 months, QTM has exceeded the savings target by 27% and mitigated 1.09M kg CO2 and green-house gas emissions equivalent to 523 tons of waste recycled, instead of landfill.

QTM solar PV Shams Dubai consulting services were provided for a 474kWp solar PV car park. The project won the Shams Dubai project award at WETEX 2016 for the end client.
Jumeirah’s World Trade Centre Residences has won the Shams Dubai Award at this year’s Water, Energy, Technology, and Environment Exhibition (WETEX) for the rooftop Solar PV project designed, installed and commissioned by QTM.
The first Shams Dubai project is installed at an elevation of over 150m on the roof of the World Trade Centre Residence and was commissioned in June 2015. The project is in support of Dubai Clean Energy Strategy 2050, which mandates that 75% of Dubai’s electricity requirement should be generated from Solar energy by 2050.

In the first quarter of 2016, QTM established a local agency with Al-Ameen Dev & Trade Co. in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Al-Ameen Dev & Trade Co. was established in Saudi Arabia in 1974 by Mr. Ahmed Pharaon. Al-Ameen started out importing various commodities; now it is representing and marketing more than 20 European companies in the Kingdom and undertakes contracting and maintenance services in air conditioning and refrigeration.

QTM was announced as a winner at the Climate Control Awards 2015 held at Emirates Towers Dubai on 23 November and named the PARADIGM SHIFT AGENT OF THE YEAR.
The award was received in recognition of QTM’s BRANE System, Energy Engineering Service and Energy Performance Contracting projects.
In June 2015, QTM completed the first DEWA approved Solar PV project under the Shams Dubai first initiative as part of the Distributed Renewable Resources Generation program.
The project was installed at an elevation of over 150m on the roof of a residential and serviced apartments tower in Dubai, UAE. (Client confidential).
QTM delivered the project in-house utilising our team of qualified engineers and technicians to design, procure and construct the roof mounted system.
